These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk556 ("pk556", "Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at pk556.ws and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and digital products operated under the pk556 brand.

pk556 is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed for and primarily serving adult players located in Pakistan. The platform offers live casino games, slot machines, fishing arcade games, sports betting (including cricket, basketball, and other sports), and related promotional services, all denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

These Terms govern all access to and use of the pk556 platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, game play, and customer support interactions. Additional policies, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of this Agreement.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the pk556 platform.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a Player's pk556 Account, including both real money and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit bonuses awarded to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" means PKR funds deposited by a Player directly from their own payment method (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or other supported methods).
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" means all products, games, betting markets, and features offered by pk556 through its platform.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction from which access to pk556 is restricted by applicable law or by pk556's own operational policies.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by pk556 before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required.

To register and maintain an Account on pk556, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pk556 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all registered players. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies regardless of the laws of any particular jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf and for your own personal entertainment.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of pk556 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or a cooling-off period on your pk556 Account.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on pk556. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances including real money funds, and a permanent ban from the platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your Account details if any of this information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pk556 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Any access to your Account using your correct credentials will be treated as authorised access unless you have notified pk556 of a security breach.

• Passwords must be kept private and not shared with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify pk556 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• pk556 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced Account security.
• Accounts must be used only by the registered Account holder — allowing others to use your Account is prohibited.

All financial transactions on pk556 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at pk556's discretion.

Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable limits are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. pk556 does not charge fees on standard PKR deposits.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your pk556 Account.
• Any active Bonus Funds wagering requirements must be completed before Real Money Funds derived from bonus play become eligible for withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.
• pk556 aims to process approved withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within 15 minutes and to bank accounts within one to three business days, subject to payment provider processing times.
• pk556 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

pk556 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all pk556 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time period. Bonus funds that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be forfeited automatically.
• Minimum odds requirements apply to sports betting bonuses. Bets placed at odds below the specified minimum will not count towards wagering requirements.
• pk556 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. In such cases, reasonable notice will be provided where practicable.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting patterns to fulfil wagering requirements, or coordinated bonus exploitation — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in Account termination.

All bets placed on pk556 are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport or game category. These rules are available within the relevant game or betting market interface on the platform. Key general betting rules include:

• A bet is deemed accepted only when pk556 confirms acceptance and assigns a unique bet reference number.
• pk556 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including where a pricing error is identified.
• In the event of a technical failure that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, pk556 will use reasonable efforts to reconstruct the outcome from available data. Where reconstruction is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Cricket and PSL betting markets follow specific cricket betting rules published separately on the platform. In-play bets are processed on a best-efforts basis and may be voided if accepted after the relevant event has concluded.
• Slot and casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Published RTP (return to player) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Maximum bet and maximum payout limits apply across all markets and game categories. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pk556. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the platform:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one pk556 Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI agents, or any artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, platform bugs, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of sports corruption in connection with bets placed on pk556.
• Laundering money or using pk556 for any financial transaction connected to criminal activity.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pk556 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the pk556 platform, its software, or its security systems.

All content on the pk556 platform — including but not limited to the pk556 brand name, logo, domain name, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, databases, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of pk556 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk556 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any pk556 content.
• Use pk556 trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner without prior written consent.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the pk556 platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the pk556 platform on any external website.

pk556 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Losses suffered as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where such access was not caused by pk556's negligence.

Nothing in these Terms limits pk556's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

pk556 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A breach of these Terms or any incorporated policy has occurred or is suspected.
• The Account holder is found to be ineligible (including age verification failure).
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct is detected.
• pk556 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting pk556 support. Upon Account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after deduction of applicable charges will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding investigation.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pk556's operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the pk556 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through pk556's internal complaints process by contacting support at [email protected].

pk556 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a final written response within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaints process, further escalation options will be communicated to you in pk556's final response letter.

pk556 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pk556 will provide reasonable notice via email to registered Account holders and/or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the pk556 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 13.
